A technician was let go because of an unruly customer who fished for an issue and lied about her experience with him.
I know that the technician is a quality, honest, and dependable serviceman. I used him for years and used him at this company too. I signed up for their membership but I will not renew or have my 2nd visit done with them. The tech that was let go offered my 2nd maintenance free of charge because I trust in him. Management is very shady.

During late evening had another company come out who I thought had knowledge and wish I would have been patient for Vaughn to come out next morning. Almost two days later a repeat happened with drains backed up and that's when I called Vaughn. Just after Jules arrived he knew just where to go and what to do, and worked very hard during the very hot day in the strong sun. He dug up the outside house trap and pipe in a two way tee so he could camera out towards the main street., if any blockage or issues with the pipe he would be able to clear, then quote to replace. I think it was about 4 feet that needed to be dug up. He cut the Cast Iron Pipe and reassemble with PVC, more involved, etc. Jules has done work in the house in the past and he always is professional , knowledgeable and a pleasant Plumber. We have been using Vaughn for all our HVAC.
